Returns & Exchanges
At ValueMags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion finds, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned apparel must be in its original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your ValueMags account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items and the original packing slip into the shipping bag or box, ensuring the package is securely sealed.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
